I, the undersigned Amanda F. Clark, being in full possession of my mind and reason, make the following my last will and testament.
I bequeath to my husband, J.M. Clark, all of my real estate consisting of 104 acres of land lying on the waters of Sulphur Creek in the County of Metcalfe, State of Kentucky to dispose of as he sees fit, forever to have and to hold.
