He is listed on the Mercer County Tax lists: 160 3rd rate acres in Doctor's Fork on Chaplin River, 1818; 160 3rd rate acres on Buck Fork, 1819; 114.25 2nd rate acres and 160 2nd rate acres both on Chaplin River in 1820; He is listed on the Hart County Tax Lists, 1852 with two parcels; one in Hart Co. 400 acres on Green River and one in Elkhorn Creek, in Woodford County, 25 acres and with 2 kids between 5 and 16; 1853, 450 acres on Green River and 25 acres on Elkhorn Creek, Woodford Co., with two kids between 6 & 18; 1854, 450 acres on Green River with one kid, between 6 & 18; 1855, 450 acres, no watercourse listed and 2 kids between 6 & 18; 1856, 470 acres, looks like Green River, with one kid between 6 & 18; and 1857, 470 acres on Green River with 2 kids between 6 & 18, all of his Hart County land was on the North Side. There is an F. Craine dec'd that shows up in 1862, with 470 and 1863 with 400 acres, with exr. as John M. Craddock. It is assumed that F. Crane is Francis, he had a son-in-law named of Craddock.
