I J.M. Clark of Cork, Metcalfe County, Kentucky, being in full possession of my senses, make this my last will. I bequeath to Nellie C. Pedigo, all my property both personal and real estate, including a farm of 104 acres situated on the waters of Sulphur Creek, Metcalfe County, Ky. forever to have and to hold, provided she complies with the conditions herein stipulated.
First, She is to take care of me the remainder of my life, to furnish me with clothing and other necessities, to administer to me in case of sickness, to provide for me burial expenses in case I do not have the necessary money at my death.
Further it is my desire that in case I have a bank account at my death, that J. E./C. Martin take possession of it and pay my burial expenses and if there is a residual?, to use it in erecting tombstones over my graves and my wife's grave, and my fathers grave.

Robert E. Parker of Cave City, Ky., died at 3 a.m. Sunday at his home.
He was the owner and operator of Parker Pontiac Motor Company. He was of the Methodist faith.
Son of the late Dr. George T. and Alice Monroe Parker Jr.
He is survived by his wife, Francis Martin Parker, daughters, Mrs. Anna Hogan of Hardyville and Mrs. Alice Strader of Bowling Green Ky. and three grandchildren.
Services at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Garner Funeral Home.
