[3386] On the 1910 census index on Ancestry.com his name is indexed as Gurfield Martha. On the 1920 census he is listed as James A.G. Martin. (this is the only time I have seen him listed other than Garfield) On the 1930 census Ancestry.com has him listed in the household of Leni? Daniell with the last name of Martain. This is incorrect, the household number changed.

Garfield Martin is listed in his sister's (Leona Mitchell) obit. in Feb. 1938 as a surviving brother. He is also listed as a surviving brother in his brother Greenwood's Jan. 1939 obit. as living in Beechville.

[3390] His on-line death listing is in the name of James G. Martin.

[3970] On the 1910 Metcalfe Co. census they are listed as being married for 7 years and as having had three children with two still living.
