[3356] On the 1880 census is the only place where I have seen his first name listed as Thomas, everything else I've seen has him listed as Greenwood. He is listed as Thomas G. He is listed as Green W. Martin on the 1930 Barren Co. Census.

SUCCUMBS TO PNEUMONIA
Mr. Greenwood Martin passed away last Friday night at his home on North Green street, after a few days illness with pneumonia. Mr. Martin was 63 years of age. The Martin family have been living here for several years, having come here from Metcalfe county. He was a member of the Baptist Church.
Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Ida Martin, one son, Lewis Martin of East Fork, two sisters and a brothers, Mrs. Nell Pedigo of Edmonton, Mrs. Nannie King and Mr. Garfield Martin of Beechville.
Funeral and burial were at Foundation Church in Metcalfe county Sunday afternoon.
