Mrs. Mitchell Dies Near Sulphur Well
Mrs. Leona Mitchell, 68, died at her home near Sulphur Well, January 21st, after a long illness. She is survived by her husband, W. O. Mitchell, one daughter, Mrs. J.B. King, one son, Henry Mitchell, two sisters, Mrs. Robert King and Mrs. Nell Pedigo, a brother, Garfield Martin, all of this county, and another brother, Greenwood Martin of Glasgow. Funeral services were conducted at Foundation Church the following day by Rev. R.A. Slinker of Greensburg and burial was at the cemetery there.
[3955] On the 1900 census they are listed as having been married for 13 years and as having had three children with three still living. On the 1910 census, they listed they had three children and three were living.
